<span style=\"color: #e3e2dc;\"><strong>habitats<\/strong><\/span>, dutifully bracing to <span style=\"color: #e3e2dc;\"><strong>absorb<\/strong><\/span> &amp; <span style=\"color: #e3e2dc;\"><strong>mitigate<\/strong><\/span> the expected rise in <strong><span style=\"color: #e3e2dc;\">destructive, unpredictable floodwater<\/span><\/strong> volumes &amp; <span style=\"color: #e3e2dc;\"><strong>proactively conserve land<\/strong><\/span> adjacent to waterways as runoff &amp; <span style=\"color: #e3e2dc;\"><strong>flood mitigation<\/strong><\/span> spaces.<\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e11-e42 mb-1r mb-1s mb-1w mb-1z mb-2b mb-2f mb-2h mb-2i mb-2j mb-2k mb-2m\"><span style=\"color: #e3e2dc;\"><span style=\"color: #151f30;\"><span style=\"color: #e3e2dc;\"><strong>Reducing<\/strong><\/span> infill development &amp;
